Trashtheatre Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners contact us about garage, basement and shop floors. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. This page is for contractors who want to be considered. These are not jobs with Trashtheatre Floor Coating. You run your own business.

Who Fits the Network

We look for providers who:

• Work on epoxy garage floors, polyaspartic systems or other concrete coating.
• Serve Lake Forest or the Lake Forest area.
• Run their own crew and schedule.
• Can explain prep, products and cure time to a homeowner in plain words.
• Offer custom floor finishes, or other related services, and say so honestly.

What We Expect

1. Written quotes. Scope, materials, prep and timing all listed. 2. Honest answers. No pressure and no vague promises. 3. Polite follow-up. Reply to homeowners who reach out. 4. Local compliance. Follow the licensing and insurance rules that apply where you work. 5. Your own work. The agreement with the homeowner is between you and them.

• A short note on how you prep a slab
• The easiest way to reach you

Then we will review it and reply if there is a fit. Pricing for referrals, if any, is explained before you decide.
