How Our Network Works for Homeowners
Who You Talk To
Trashtheatre Floor Coating has no crew that visits your home. The people who do the work are independent providers in our network. After you call or send a request, one of them contacts you. That provider is who you ask, compare and hire.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few plain questions. Have answers ready:
- Is it a garage, basement, patio or shop floor?
- About how big is the slab?
- Is there an old coating, paint or sealer?
- Do you see cracks, pits, oil stains or white powder?
- Does water ever stand on the floor?
- When would you like to start?
Photos can help the provider give a better first idea.
Questions to Put to a Provider
Use this list in order. Write down each answer.
1. How will you prep the slab? A good answer names grinding or similar surface prep, plus crack and pit repair. 2. Do you check for moisture? A good answer explains a test, or why one is needed. 3. Which product, and why? Epoxy, polyaspartic or another system. They should tie it to your floor. 4. What is the cure time? Ask when you can walk on it and when the car can go back in. 5. What is in the written quote? Look for scope, materials, prep and timing. 6. What does the warranty cover, in writing? Get the terms on paper.
Red flags: no written quote, vague prep, pressure to pay in full up front, or answers that change when you ask twice.
The Decision Is Yours
Nothing here obliges you to hire anyone. Compare quotes, check the details and pick the provider who explains things clearly. Trashtheatre Floor Coating does not choose for you.
